kinda crazy what we predicted for this new year's and how it turned out. we should all predict what we'll be doing next new year's and then come back to this thread in '09 to see.

my prediction: i'll be married to Richard, living in North Dakota, maybe we make it home for the holidays during our winter break. if we do, we'll probably be getting back together with old friends before we leave again..that's all i can think of.

ok. hear we go:

january 8th - I take my psych exam at MEPS and pass oddly enough
february 28th - I take a plane down to denver where i visit my father and step family for about a week
shortly thereafter i go to basic training
after i graduate (shut up yes i will)
i'll get asked where I want to go. my first choice will be Japan, then Hawaii, i haven't thought of my other choices yet. I will get sent to podunk USA. I'll begin my studying of suchandsuch programming language
then 2009 will happen.
