honestly, idk why the **** people don't hire you Richard. it pisses me off to, not at you, at them..whoever they are. damn them. damn them all. one day, they will have thier blindness painfully revealed to them, and they will lament, but their regret will be to late.

i was kinda being serious, when finding a job in retail, appearance is really important. And even if anna thinks your the most handsomemest man in the world wearing and looking like you do Richard, employers would rather employ someone who won't make the customers mutter and never come back.

Just saying, not meant to be a insult or anything, but when applying for a job, or interviewing, just wear something other than black richard, and maybe a haircut, and take your nailpolish off...and anything else that might be...different from what employers expect

he doesn't wear nailpolish, and what's wrong with black? everyone wears black sometimes, it's a nice, simple color.
...and if appearance is everything, how do people like corey ring get a job? no offense to corey, he's great, but if your main criteria for hiring is appearing "normal", well...
when i was called in for an interview at my job, i had pretty much been hired already, they just asked if i could show up on a certain day and fill out some legal paperwork and that was pretty much it. i think it's all in how good you can make yourself look on paper.

You can say what you want, but appearance does play a major role in getting hired at just about any job. Good luck getting hired as chief accountant while wearing facial piercings and chains.
