yes and no. yes, your computer is newer and sleeker and blah blah blah, but i had mine custom built exactly how i wanted it, and i have great tech support that comes to my house if something goes wrong, whereas you'd have to send yours in if it went haywire, and, well, mine cost more, so that must make it better in the long run...i hope.

the problem is, you've had to use that tech support a couple times so far, havent' you. Give richards computer a couple months, if it doesn't need tech support, then it is better.

If a company has a good tech support team, it must mean that they've had plenty of practice, which is a bad sign!!

i've actually yet to personally encounter a dead body, though i'm sure it will happen eventually. i've had a few scares, where i walk into the room and the person looks dead but wasn't. i've even heard stories about CNA's who will dress a person in bed and get them ready to get up and notice 5-10 minutes later that they're actually dead.
