college is one big aptitude test that the employers are too cheap to use themselves. think about it. You could graduate high school and then a company could just train you to do the job they need. that would work just as well.

I have to make a chair for architecture and these are some designs I've come up with. Tell me what you think. Ignore that some of the backs are colored and some aren't and the lines on the backs of 2 and 3.
They look like they came out of the sixties. Get rid of the sharp edges and then say that you based your design off of Biedermeier era furniture. You'll get bonus points for sounding cultured.
More serious criticism: they look uncomfortable. Also, can you get more detailed? You could really impress your professor by making some chairs that look like they came of of Victorian England. That also depends on whether or not you feel like putting in the extra work.
Rob has pretty much covered everything. I agree. they look a little uncomfortable. or is that not an issue? are they purely for asthetic purposes or are they actually going to be sat upon?

These are just basic, I'm going to round the back and seat of my final one. I don't want to make it too detailed though since I have to make a model of it.
me and my Eau Claire friends have just made a bet...whoever has the best grades at the end of the semester gets a free meal at Tokyo, the fancy Japanese restaurant where shrimp and calamari do stunning aerial acrobatics. It's actually a high-class restaurant, too, which means that NOTHING is under $25
i have a psych exam tomorrow, and i'm "studying" at richard's apartment...really just listening to music and internet and stuff (it's not all as dirty as you assume)
