we have nowhere to specifically post about movies...UNTIL NOW!!

anyway...everyone go see 300. it's amazing. there's not much more i can say other than go see it yourself if you haven't already. then you'll understand.

But I already saw 300. It was good, but not as great as I expected. I thought it was poorly paced, and it ended in a cliffhanger I thought.

the trailer for the new pirates movie is out (if anyone cares)..that will make anissa happy. but really, it does look good. interesting, somewhat confusing perhaps...but good, so long as the plot doesn't end up as a complete disappointment. it's already supposed to be one of the most money-making movies of all time or some statistic like that..i have no idea

I wished they had just ended it at the end of the first movie. that one was good. the second one... eh, not so much.

the new one won't be a cliff hanger because it's the end. the first one wasn't written for a trilogy storyline. the second was was trying to make it look like the first one was meant to be coninued and set up an obvious cliffhanger for the third one. this one...i think it'll either be really good or a big disappointment. there really is no middle ground with stuff this insanely popular.
there isn't supposed to be one after three. i read about how lots of people would love to go on after..johnny depp said he loves his character and wouldn't hesitate to do a 4 or 5, but the writers said no. good thing too, i'd hate to see something like this be ruined by overkill. the media hype is already making it close to overdone on this one...i hope it can meet expectations.
lol, i'm sounding almost like a movie critic. sry guys, movies are more my thing than video games, so this is where i go off i guess
