Also, standalone players cost more than the PS3 and don't play the movies as well. Fathom that.

The only way I'll get a blu-ray player is if Microsoft releases an (cheap) add-on for the 360.

plasma's are better than LCD's for video game snad action movies because they don't have the motion blur that LCD's can have, but you can only get them in huge sizes because it's not cost-efficient to cut down the plasma sheets or whatever the hell they use into smaller sizes, at least that's what the guy at the tv store told me.

Here's a game I've been playing for the last couple of days called Yume Nikki.

Watch that whole video. If you're curious, I'll hook y'all up with a download link (with the game in English).
Yeah, the whole game is pretty much that, wander around through disturbing areas and find stuff.

Nope, no combat. All atmosphere. Its kind of like a puzzle-adventure game, because you never know where to go, and once you get somewhere, you never know what to do. But its a neat experience. I could only beat it with a map and some hints from /v/.
