I never had to do any waiting either. It took me longer just because I had to register.
I got really lucky because I didn't have any proof of residence and the person who registered me didn't ask EVEN when the person right next to me got asked.

I had to vote at Arlington Place, which is near Brady St.

It was in an old folks home.

To me, this was the biggest surprise of the election:



Look at all dat blue! And I always figured that the northwoods were a Republican stronghold. Looks like the last bastion for conservatives are the suburbs around Milwaukee.
